Shipping
We determine shipping costs by using the total weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost can be determined by adding an item or items to your shopping cart, entering your location and postal code and then clicking the update button. We feel this is a much more accurate method than having arbitrary shipping charges determined by item price or artificially inflating prices and then offering "free shipping".
Non-Defective Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping is non-refundable)as long as the following terms are met: The part is in it's original packaging The part has not been installed No returns on special orders or personalized parts are accepted No returns on partial kits or sets Return shipping must be prepaid. COD or Postage Due packages will be refused.
Defective Returns
If a part fails during it's manufacturer's warranty period, please contact us. We reserve the right to determine if a part is defective and that said defect was not caused by improper installation, maintenance or use.
Limited Warranty
Vetteco, Inc will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. Vetteco accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from installation on Corvettes operating beyond U.S. speed limits.
